Incredible ideas in another great TED talk by Neil Gershenfeld. I learned about the Boston Fab Labs in both Sociology class and in Media-Tech-Culture class. I’ve read articles by the founders of this project, and even had to take a test about it. Still, I didn’t quite believe it. The picture that came to mind when reading the articles was very different then the one Neil Geshenfeld is painting in this very inspiring TED talk, and in fact it is much much better, and the possibilities hat comes to mind from these ideas are a hundred times more exciting.
