Cymatic Sculpture

Working on a new Cymatic Sculpture installation. Inspired by all the talks around the web about Cymatics I had an idea about a Cymatic Sculpture, I will use sound waves in different frequencies (being unknowingly controlled by my unsuspecting visitors) to sculpture in a special material. If you need a reminder about Cymatics check out this old post about making sound visible through cymatics.

I am looking for old SPEAKERS. Any old speakers will be welcomed, small ones and bigs ones (especially the latter. I will come to pick ‘em up anywhere near or around Tel Aviv. So if you’ve got any, please give me a call or email me. Thanks!

    Hey, did you get round to making any sculptures using cymatics? Can you tell me what the 'secret material' is? Liquid latex?
